White Fins was born from two very different worlds.
On one side, years of professional experience in operations, business transformation, digital projects and communication. On the other, years spent diving, teaching and working in dive centres around the world.
Somewhere along the way, we realised those two worlds had a lot to offer each other.
So we created White Fins: a small, independent studio helping dive centres look better online and work better behind the scenes.
Engineer, dive instructor and the person behind White Fins. After more than a decade working in operations, supply chain and business transformation, Agus swapped corporate life for the dive industry.
Today, he brings those two worlds together, designing websites, tools and practical solutions for dive businesses.
Pili brings years of hands-on experience in diving, having worked as an instructor in Thailand, Mexico and Spain. She also works in the premium liveaboard sector, managing bookings, operations and guest experience remotely.
Her deep understanding of dive operations, logistics and customer experience brings a valuable industry perspective to everything we do.
